Professional experience

In 2005-2013 I worked at the Dermatology Department of the Regional Hospital in Poznan, where in 2010-2013 I was a Deputy Head of Department. I obtained the M.D. title in 2009 in the field of psoriasis. In 2006 I graduated from the Post-graduate School of Aesthetic Medicine of the Polish Medical Association in Warsaw and I obtained the title of a Physician in Aesthetic Medicine. In 2013-2015 I worked as a lecturer in the Dermatology and Venereology Clinic in Poznan in the Psoriasis Treatment Office.

In 2013-2015 I worked as a lecturer in the Dermatology and Venereology Clinic in Poznan in the Psoriasis Treatment Office.

Between 2005-2015 I led classes with students of Poznan University of Medical Sciences, as well as School of Health, Beauty and Education in Poznan in the faculties of medicine, physical education, pharmaceutical science and cosmetology. Since 2020 I have been a higher education lecturer in the School of Health, Beauty and Education in Poznan in the Faculty of Cosmetology where I teach dermatology, as well as supervise the diploma theses.

I am author and co-author of more than 70 theses in the field of dermatology and venereology (specialist articles in Polish and foreign magazines), publications of conference communication in and outside the country, as well as coursebook chapters, among others “Dermatology for cosmetologists”, “Biological therapy in dermatology, gastroenterology and rheumatology”, “Dermatology. A clinician’s guide”.

During my career I have expanded my knowledge in the field of dermatology and aesthetic medicine by actively participating in numerous courses, workshops, webinars, conferences and internships in Poland and abroad. 

I am a member of a Polish Dermatological Society.

My areas of interest are:

• modern methods of psoriasis treatments,
• fungal infections of the skin and mucous membranes,
• seborrhoeic dermatitis, including acne and rosacea,
• pediatric dermatology.

I inherited the passion for my career, as well as a warm, empathetic approach to patients from my grandfather, dr. Kazimierz Koziński, whose work I observed every day growing up in a doctor’s house full of rules. My grandpa was a surgeon who instilled a medical calling in his son and grandchildren, who now work as, or train to be, future doctors. He showed that work and calling should go side by side with empathy and a good, respectful atmosphere for the patient.

The Medical Dermatology Office was designed to create space where patients with acute and chronic skin diseases can obtain an effective and satisfying help.
